Perform clinical duties under the supervision of a provider in a high-volume, patient-centered medical clinic including Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Fall Risk Assessments, and TM Flow (Autonomic Nervous System Testing), amongst others as deemed necessary by providers.
Assist providers; escort patients to testing rooms, interview patients, measure vital statistics, and document the electronic record based on the results of this testing.
Give instructions to patients per provider's orders or based on testing results.
Assist patients with utilizing a phone application for easy access and communication in regards to RTM and CCM mentioned above.
Preparing future schedules to determine eligible patients for enrollment in the above programs.
Skills:
Exceptional customer service and critical thinking; ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow; ability to multitask; capable of standing, walking, lifting, and other physical tasks as needed for prolonged periods.
Minimum Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent; certified Medical Assistant or equivalent work experience preferred; computer literacy; ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and other physical tasks as needed.
Medical Assistant experience preferred.
